Message I'm doing some GIS on rice soil fertility mapping.What is the most reliable soil sampling and interpolation method in doing soil fertility maps? Is there any one who have done such study?Can anyone help me on research papers for perusal purposes.

Message I am not sure if you are doing research or practical application. Practical application for precision agriculture would probably be a 1 acre grid for pulling the soil samples. Most people would probably recommend Kriging for the interpolation because of the desparate dataset, but most will use Inverse Distance Weighted (IDW4).
