Subject Source for FCODE domains in the FacilitySitePoint feature class in the Local Government Data Model

Message I am looking for the source(document) which the FCODE domain values in the FacilitySitePoint feature class Subtypes (ex. Banking and Finance FCodes, Agriculture Food and Livestock FCodes) in the Local Government Data Model are from. I know that these subtypes are based on FEMA classifications, but I would like to find out if there is a comprehensive publication out there from FEMA with all the domain values and associated codes.

Message The original list was developed with USGS by working through the HSIP categories and cross referencing with a number of sources. Although this ended up in the spec for USGS structures data, the maintenance of fcodes is a question mark. As a result more recent data model work dropped the integer fcodes in favour of simpler string values.

Message Thanks for your help Steve. I was able to bring up the USGS Best practices Data Model for Structures. They referenced a document that I was unable to find (Homeland Security Infrastructure Tiger Team Report Appexdix D) which was a report from 2002 that the FType and FCodes were based on. While looking it up though I found a document from Homeland security called Infrastructure Taxonomy from 2006 which codes were based on NAICS (North American Categorization System. The Categories were close to the HSIP categories. I was wondering if there was any relation to the HSIP standard and the NAICS coding? I am just trying to find a standard way to describe and code our location points. Thanks again for your help.
