New Tiled Cache not showing on computers that previously used the old cache |

Right. I created a new tiled cache for one of my services. I went out to my directory and opened some of the .png's and verified they were all new. The problem is that when I open the service on a computer that had previously used this service I am still seeing the tiles of the old service. On a computer that has not used the service before the new tiles are showing. I've cleared the browsers caches and still that did nothing. I don't understand where it is pulling these old tiles from as I cannot find them stored locally anywhere on the PC or server.
Has anyone ran across this before? Any ideas or suggestions?
