Hi,
ArcSDE 9.0
Oracle 10g
Windows 2003 Server
In the end of post installation it give the following response BEFORE creating ArcSDE service.
"An error was encountered while running ArcSDE Post Installation. Operation Failed, Unable to start iomgr."
At the screen I changed the server name with the Oracle database name and it created the service but then it doesn't start from either command prompt and services control pane.
This behaviour is very strange that it takes database name as servername.
Following are the sde_*.log file and command prompt responses after trying to get the service started.

I have attached the event viewer screens as well.
I have read almost all the relevant posts but of no help to me. Please help me if you can.
