||What state? Georgia has published most of it's Q3 Flood data on-line in a digital format that can be downloaded by county. I have downloaded several datasets and haven't noticed any errors. Granted, I haven't gone over the data with a fine toothed comb, but in general, it looks okay. Anyways, there shouldn't be major discrepencies as they created the FEMA data by digitizing, or scanning, the FIRM maps. The Q3 Floodplain Data depicts 100-year and 500-year floodplains as represented on Flood Insurance Rate Maps (FIRMs) published by the Federal Emergency Management Agency. There shouldn't be any discrepencies.
