Message	once i collect the data in the field i am having trouble getting the data to check back in. for instance in arcmap i upload a point feature to be edited from a personal geodatabase, then go to the field and make the updates. upon return when i try to check it back in it always says no updates made. what am i doing wrong? i have looked at the users manual and it discusses checking data out but i cant find any reference to checking it back in.

Message	Greg, Are you still having issues with the check in/ check out? I have had similar problems and made modifications to the way I use the check in/out functions. Let me know if you still need help with this. Kara Weinsaft

Message	Kara, well it seems that i am having limited success with ArcPad. I could use any help/tips you might want to give. Our office has used TerraSync for years and the recent change to arcpad is uncomfortable, but I do want to use it because of the geodatabase update capability. feel free to send any helpful hints

Message	noticed your post in reference to check in from arc pad not registering in arc map. Were you able to find the cause for this problem. I am currently having the same problem. Can update my database with arc pad in the field but try to do check in edits and arc map will not delete old position and replace with new. Any suggestions would help.
