Message	Hi, I'm looking into coupling ArcIMS and a BI system based on an OLAP. Does any one know of some documentation on this issue? what would be the possible architecture for such system? etc. any info. would be great. thanks sephi

Message	Hi, for OLAP (Online Analytical Processing) see http://searchdatamanagement.techtarget.com/sDefinition/0,290660,sid91_gci214137,00.html The idea is to receive the attribute data from the OLAP system and couple it with the geographical data (shapefiles etc.), thus allowing thematic mapping with the geo. data and the attiributes from the OLAP. similar to this app. http://www.integeo.com/research/products/map_intelligence_tutorials.html#Crime thanks s
