Message After Data Transfer->Differential Correction->Data Export of points taken in the field following the same coordinate system and units, I have added them to ArcGIS as a new shapefile only to find that they are miles and miles away from where they were taken. After reviewing the properties, I found that the Linear Units have been changed to Meters where all other shapefiles are set to Foot_US. It is also set as Foot_US in the Export of this corrected data file. Where is this swap occurring and how do I bring these points in, in the correct positions?

You will just need to make sure the input is set to meters and the output to feet from what I understood of your issue.
