For over a half years we have major problems with ArcGIS (ArcView Sinlge Use). It crashes several times a day. The crashes are not classified in time.
We have already re-installed and tried even to another computer. Also migrating from 9.2 to 9.3.1 brought no improvement. Our Support partner and ESRI have no solution yet.
Could it possibly be due to the older version of xTools 2.0.1 ?
In addition, we have noticed, when another employee starts an ArcGIS (ArcView Single Use), throws it off in the other, although both editing various projects. We do have a concurrent ArcInfo license, but this is not enabled. Can it still be on the License Manager?
